Just as the forecast promised the snow settled in last Friday and it now seems like the Niseko snow machine in back in action. Today saw the cloud break for an afternoon of sun and a chance to check out the mountain, duck off piste and into the trees for fresh lines. Niseko Annupuri, the mountain that Niseko United ski resort is on, is looking in great condition for the Christmas and New Year holiday makers with more snowfalls in the next week in the forecast.
With the clouds still parted we were lucky enough to see Niseko Annupuri and Yotei-zan with amazing pink tones as the sunset, something we only get to see a few times on a big winter.
